Beds weren’t that comfortable

It was very clean and close to our destination. The breakfast was very good.

Walking distance to the beach, casinos and restaurants.

The "VIEW" listed in the hotel room description is a view "of the parking lot."

Excellent location close to the ballpark and casinos. The breakfast was good and room was clean.

Everything was accessible.

It was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to restaurants and Hard Rock Casino. Very clean and neat. Has coffee maker, fridge and microwave which were all in good working order. Hot breakfast was really good. Would definitely stay again.

I booked on the site for a room advertised with a jet tub but when I got to the room it was a small basic tub and staff refused to fix the accommodation due to using a booking site. Poor customer service and attitude

Breakfast was great every morning, and the location was perfect.

We had no internet in the room and the front desk was very unhelpful. We were given a phone number to call that could not resolve the problem. We went back to the desk again, and they couldn’t have cared less. We had the room cleaned and they didn’t give us towels, twice! My deceased husband owned and operated a Best Western hotel in Florida for 20 years, and he would have been very shocked at the total lack of interest in the hotel staff!

The breakfast was good. Great location, walking distance of restaurants, bars, and casinos. Staff was very pleasant.

The check in area had a bad odor. The bed wasn't very comfortable, pillows were flat, room was dated.

Very clean and smells good. They must have addressed most issues or complaints because I was pleasantly surprised. No mold, really clean room, love the balcony, love the gardens in the parking lot. Pool looked great. Breakfast was good, too.

The vending machine was out of water. More options for drinks and snacks.

Just my opinion but I think price was too high

The ladies were very very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was good.

I had no dislikes.

Close to attractions and staff were timely with attending to our needs. More towels were sent to my room before I requested them. Breakfast was great. Check in and check out were smooth.

It was little hard to access depending on the direction you were coming from since it’s located right by a red light.

I was unable to connect to the Wifi on my phone or computer. Unfortunately, I had some work to attend to and could not do it from the hotel. I had to go to a coffee shop to deal with it. The AC also seemed extremely cold. Even at 72 degrees, it was frigid.
