Staff has great hospitality!! I sat at the bar to order some things and a rude customer walked up talking to one of the female bartenders so rude but the female bartender handled the rude customer with grace.

The washing of the comforters in the room. You could definitely tell and smell the difference. One queen bed comforter smelt fresh from being washed but the other one smelt like onions or maybe whoever stayed in there before us, they didn’t necessarily sleep in the bed, but they probably sat on top of the bed and they were sweaty, had bad body odor and possibly housekeeping didn’t change the comforter since it appeared whoever was in the room before us didn’t touch the bed.

Everything!! Location!! Cleanliness, the ease of getting around other attractions!!! The breakfast buffet was awesome, the options and to add its free!! Family activities they offer at the pool!

Exceptional everything! Buffet breakfast is included in price and it's wonderful with hot pancakes, cinnamon rolls, eggs.bacon, sausage, fruit, fresh oatmeal and more. A step up! Great poolside food, live music. and activities at night like poolside movies and Hawaiian luau dancing...You don't have to ever leave the resort!

Spacious room, full size refrigerator and bar sink. Loved the pools, especially the color at night from our balcony. Enjoyed complimentary breakfast

We reserved a handicap room and were placed in a non handicap room and the hotel was not full so that was not the reason. We were able to make it work. Parking fee should have been included in reservation...not a surprise at check-in.

Like that it’s newer hotel, clean and easy access to the beach. I use to stay there once a year for the past 6 years. I can tell there’s been a turnover in hotel staff, a bad staff can ruin a good hotel and that’s what has happened now.

I don’t like paying for a suit over $1,200.00 for 3 days and been placed on the 3rd floor. When I checked in on a Thursday there was vacant rooms on the 8th floor, after staying there for the past 6 years they can’t put me on the 8th floor? The hotel wasn’t even a third full on Thursday night. Then I requested to be moved Friday morning and the best the young woman said; we can move you to the 2nd floor. 😳🙄😤😡

The location was perfect !! Absolutely loved pool & lazy River Staff was nice accept for girl who checked us in. She could have been friendlier and took us a bit about the property

When we first arrived, I was told we had platinum status. They had us mixed up with someone else. When I checked out, they said my mastercard was declined and I never used a mastercard. Must have been the same mixup.
