The night staff was amazing. Kayla and lupe went above and beyond to make my children and I stay comfortable. They were friendly and were so welcoming. I think they made our stay that much better because I was having a hard night and they made it better.

Kayla was working when we checked in. We’ve been to many hotels, and she was quite possibly the friendliest, kindest, most accommodating and helpful front desk receptionist that has ever checked us in.

My daughter and I are both vegan. We would have really loved it if the hotel would have had a dairy free milk alternative for our coffee in the morning. But not too much of a big deal since there is a target within walking distance.

Location was convenient

I liked the location and the staff.

I paid on my way via booking.com but I showed up and it didn’t show on the reservation that I had paid already, so I had to pay again.

There was free breakfast and it was fine.

First of all, I was charged not once, not twice but THREE times. $180.72 X 3!!! You do the math! I was told when I called they would have to check with their accounting dept to see what could be done. ALso the elevator had a HORRIBLE SMELL and the overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. Poor water pressure and AC. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

The sofa was comfortable, as was the bed. The work desk was adequate and functional. It's very convenient to have in-room coffee and mini fridge. The bathroom was very clean, good quality and large bottles of soap, shampoo, etc. The shower was awesome. Friendly staff and easy check-in process. Good location and value. Late 12 pm check-out was really appreciated so I could get more work done before needing to depart. Will definitely stay again!
