The breakfast bar was fantastic and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable and cleaning!

I booked a King suite with a separate bedroom and when we got to our room it was a studio suite. We specifically got the room with the separate bedroom because we were traveling with our two year old who goes to bed much earlier than we do. I went down to the desk to explain the issue and I was told I was out of luck because they just booked their last room like that. No real apology or anything. I explained how both the description of the room and the pictures were incorrect or that their booking system had issues. Once again, no help with anything. No real apology by the young women at the front desk. Their website said they had rooms available like that but she said there wasn’t and that she just booked the last one for the night over the phone. After that we tried to go to the pool which was dirty and had some type of floating matter on the top. I have experience working with pools and that is always a sign that the water needs changed and the pool needs cleaned. Several things did not work in the room as well like power outlets etc. my son was playing with the air conditioner and when I went over to get him to stop I noticed that the air filter for the AC unit was extremely dirty. I spent several minutes cleaning it myself in the bathroom. After that we put our son to bed and sat in the complete darkness since they gave us the wrong room and would not fix it. It is just frustrating because the women working the desk didn’t offer any real help nor even a decent apology. She didn’t seem surprised that the booking was wrong almost like it happens a lot or they purposefully gave us the wrong room. It all seemed a little strange. Something needs to be fixed because we definitely would not have stayed their if we knew they only had studio suite rooms. Pictures provided from the room I booked with incorrect pictures, dirty pool, dirty AC filter and dirty exhaust fan in bathroom.

Room was clean comfoirtable and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful, nice to see eggs and meat on the menu.

Pool area could use a little ventilation but we still enjoyed it

Had a good location in Princeton which made it easy to get around to anything. Near restaurants and any stores you need for supplies. Breakfast was actually good.

Never cleaned room even though asked. Said they’d get to it. Never did. Worn room and bathtub seemed dirty but was actually rust pocks. Expensive….booked it, then when I arrived the price was $60 less…neither the hotel nor booking would adjust. So lame.

Breakfast was pretty good with several different choices. For the most part it was clean.

Smoking area was not even close to a door. Had to walk all the way around the building. It would be nice if there was a close door. The floor and our tub in our bathroom was covered in hair so that tells me cleaning staff didn't do a very good job.

Service was good front desks ladies very friendly and helpful. The room itself the microwave door could not get open. The toilet seat was lose I tried to fix it. The toilet itself had dried poop in the toilet bowl.

when booking I asked for pet friendly room and was quoted a price but when I got to the property a pet fee was added when I thought it was in the original quote when I but !! it made me think maybe I was double charged .

The front desk worker seemed overwhelmed and was having a disagreement with another guest while at the desk. The next guest asked if there was a AAA discount on his stay and she granted him the discount. A different employee came to help at the desk so I informed her that I also have AAA and presented my AAA card as verification to which she replied I cannot give you that discount. That did not seem right.

Linen was of poor quality

Close to interstate and plenty of places nearby for dinner. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever seen for a continental breakfast a lot of options and the staff kept it well stocked never did they run out of anything. I like that they have later hours for breakfast on the weekends so you do not feel rushed. Our room and bathroom were very clean and our floor was quiet. My other family members weren't so lucky with quiet guests around them.

This is being very nit picky, but our hair dryer didnt work. The pool was run down and needs repair. We had a run in with a very rude guest at the ice machine, but that isnt the hotels fault. Like i said have to really look to find something wrong.

The water never got hot, very disappointed in my luke warm shower. Also, the muffins were stale to the point I felt like choking.

Easy location and has several restaurants around. Staff were very pleasant.
