One of the best hotels we've stayed in! Everything about it was exceptional. Very easy to get to from the freeway. Room was large, comfortable, and quiet. We had dinner in their restaurant and it was fantastic. Breakfast was above and beyond our expectations--they make omelets to your specification!!
Nothing I can think of...I'm just sorry we couldn't stay longer!

We stayed in the bedroom that had 2 queens and a fold out sofa bed. Everything was clean, we had enough towels, the free breakfast in the morning was decent . Bed was ok , shower amenities were nice since i had forgotten my body wash,.
The beds comfort level would be an 8. Not bad but not the best.

I was charged a parking fee each day even though i didnt use the parking lot.

This was a great location for my needs. it was quiet (except for freeway noise), clean and my queen suite was spacious. The café was serving halibut the night I was there which was incredible!
I am really can’t think of anything I did not like, except for it being a little pricey.

The bathroom was a tad dirty, not enough towels, and the room had an odd odor to it. I noticed a yellow microfiber towel hanging from a lamp in the hallway while walking to my room and it was still there when I left the following morning. Snacks are a bit expensive.

Breakfast was very good I just don't care for Powdered Eggs. The Eggs to order station was a great fix for the powered eggs. I like the way you change up the breakfast menu.
I did not like the ideal of having to pay for parking. You had plenty of space and parking should have been provided for free. There was no TUBs in the Room only a showere.

I have stayed at several Embassy Suites . This one didn’t even feel like a Embassy suites . Just a hotel . The rooms & inside of hotel need upgraded felt dirty & dark.The breakfast tasted horrible. Mangers special in the evening why bother ruffle potatoes chips with nacho cheese & nuts ?? Felt like a quick throw together of left overs.

we had a bad experience in our room the carpet and the sofa were totally dirty you can tell someone dropped their drinks … plus the receptionist don’t even smile or welcome us when we checking !!!

we requested 2 rooms 1 was not ready yet and we waited about an hour. we had requested rooms close together if possible and they were on the same floor which we were grateful for. we very a large family and we attempted to eat pizza at a table in the lobby not part of the restaurant and we were told we could eat there . when we inquired as to a place we could eat together were asked “Do you have a room?”. we said yes. we were told” eat in your room”! the table was in the area of appetizers served to guests that was closing as we arrived. our rooms no supplies for meals.
our room did not have 4 towels for us and we had to request more. the pool area had no towels at all
