The woman who greeted us upon arrival June 30th about 4:30 PM was very helpful. She made us feel welcome and helped with a few questions we had. There was also a woman covering the lobby who had made a fresh pot of coffee which we we were grateful for when leaving at 4:30 AM on July 1. Great reception area staff!

The location was great. The indoor pool was a little cold. The hours to the pool were great.
The queen beds were very small. I would call them more of a full size bed. We aren’t big people and we were both on the end of the bed.

Location was convenient for our trip. Easy on and off.
I thought the room cramped and small. When I think Suites, I think spacious. I felt clostrohobic in this room. Bed was not comfortable. Tossed and turned all night. Shower was nice.

Everything was great. We were visiting Mt Airy and this was a perfect location. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean. We were pleasantly surprised with everything.
