The bed was very comfortable.

The loading zone is inconvenient and limited to 2 cars. Anymore you will have to park in the street. The registration /lobby is on the 2nd floor, which is a little inconvenient when you have kids and lots of luggage. Plus, the elevator the parking deck was out of order.

Great location, friendly staff, well planned rooms, excellent breakfast, great eating choices right out the door.

The mattress was worn out the toilet seat was loose and there was only decaf coffee left in the room

A/C unit was loud. My room overlooked the bus depot so there was beeping and bus noise each morning.

location, safe, close restaurants, friendly staff, just would love to use the pool and hoping it reopens again as we have to travel to Pittsburgh often and we like staying here, parking garage is close and feels safe.

could use more handicap parking but it still is an awesome place, pool not open, separate bathroom shower situation not enough privacy in toilet area.

Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was spacious and, overall, very clean. The lobby area, with a full bar, was a great place to visit with family.

Every cup of decaf coffee I got included coffee grounds in my cup. The decaf dispenser was a different design from all the other dispensers.

I liked the area, and I felt very safe in a big city at this facility. Parking garage and hotel were clean and convenient.

The only thing we had an issue with was the kids running down the halls and loudly yelling at 10pm. Call the office yet it continued.
