Location good; Have stayed here numerous times. Room quality varies though at the same price paid. Cleanliness was up to Hampton Inn standards.
I was apparently assigned an older room though this hotel has undergone renovations recently. My room had no "easy" chair leaving only lying on the bed to read or sitting in an office chair. The bed squeaked and rattled during the night so this was an older bed. Lighting: HI usually provides a corner lamp; this room was missing a standing lamp.

It was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff were very nice and friendly.
I did not dislike anything. I thought it was a little pricey for Ellensburg. But it was college weekend move so it was busy there.

Cheyenne at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. She gave us a range of dining recommendations and clued us in to a perfect Cafe

It was very convenient to our travels.
The bed was VERY firm. Maybe add some pillow toppers to soften the board hard mattress.

Breakfast staff was really friendly witnessed them helping a young man work the waffle iron.
Bed was a little stiff and pillows were really uncomfortable but overall a nice place.

The front desk was so friendly and helpful. She recommended the best restaurant to me Greeted us as we came in each time

The room was nice
We asked for a quiet room but were placed next to the loudest family. The kids were riding the luggage cart up and down the hall at 10pm. I had to go tell them to be quiet. They even tried to open our door. My daughter and I were very uncomfortable. I called the front desk but they just laughed nervously as if they did not know what to do.
