I didn't even get to stay. I can barely walk I was going into check in and my nine month oldl Chihuahua got out, and I was yelling for him because I hadn't had my Walker was right next to highway 97 which is a horrible highway high traffic truckers and all that, I was yelling and crying for him cuz the horns were honking and such yelling and crying for him and the managers came out that I had to leave stop yelling or I was had to leave and at that time my puppy came up and he was right there by the manager and I asked him to please grab him he said I don't touch dogs but you have to stop yelling or you're going to have to leave so I told them they better give me my money back and they said they would cancel my reservations for both rooms who is a family gathering and I'm very disappointed in humans that act that way towards others it's hard to even compare them to what I know of Americans in this country they were very cold-hearted

They cancelled my stay before I could even check in... My dog g got out to a very busy highway that the motel is parked on and I was yelling for my dog and crying cuz he's just a puppy and they came over and told me I had to stop yelling or I had to leave by that time the dog came over my dog his name is boss and he came over and he was just a few feet from the manager and manager would not help me I can barely walk I have to use a walker and I hadn't even got my Walker out before my dog escaped I was very upset it was very traumatic and they were very rude. Not from America you could tell they weren't Americans and they did not know the culture here that we Americans take care of each other and neighbors and care about the death of our animals care about each other and we care about our animals they were horribly rude and canceled my both rooms that I had rented one for my son and his wife and one for myself and my daughter we all had dogs never will I recommend them as a matter of fact I'm going to go on Google and I'm going to give them a terrible review thank you

Comfortable temperature and reasonable mattress.

Poor furnishings and worn bedding, dated surfaces, defective plumbing. Therefore, pet charge for what?

it was clean and quiet. staff was friendly. spacious room

There was no breakfast. Bagels were available from the little office but a huge container of butter/cream cheese? was open with a communal knife to spread. Not a sanitary situation!

Doors to rooms should be repaired to stay shut.

The clerks were very helpful and kind.

My biggest gripe: The listing said that breakfast was included. It was not. There was just a sign saying breakfast is not being served. The hotel listing still says breakfast is included. This is false advertising, and very annoying because part of our decision on where to stay is based on breakfast. Also: noisiest bathroom fan I have ever heard. Also: washing machine and dryer were "under maintenance," according to the sign, but clearly they had been taken away. Also: The toilet rocked a little when you sat down, and many of the light switch plates were cracked. Also: The Kleenex container was empty. Also: The lamp switch was so stiff that we had a lot of trouble turning the lamp on and off.
