Location of room to parking.

Rain pounded on the ac unit creating so much noise we couldn't sleep. Sofa was filthy. Parking fee $12 per night.

Some staff members like Carlos we're super friendly and helpful.then there's a security guy working there. Who had the nerve of yelling at me in front of others customers and staff accusing me of something I ddnt do and proceeded to yell at me and told me I was no longer allowed at Grand Vista, that was the most embarrassing thing anyone has ever put me thru , very unprofessional and uncalled for, that guy should be let go for not being polite and professional towards the customers.

Security very rude and not professional when dealing with customer service.

Location was great and the accommodations were great. I needed 2 extra blankets and I should NOT have been charged for parking - that was a ripoff.

I should not have been charged for parking - that was a ripoff. Other customers were unnecessarily noisy and boisterous. Kids mostly.

One hour after I checked out I realized I left my necklace on the bathroom counter. I had left a very good tip and immediately called. It was not found? Never returned? Unbelievable! I know exactly where it was , I called right away!!!

towels are like sandpaper - very old. beds are old and squeaky. water pressure (almost none) for sink in bathrooms are atrocious. $12 per day for parking is down right awful. this hotel is not classy enough to charge for parking. motel 6 on erringer is comparable to this hotel. the owner of this hotel may be the same owner of motel 6. shower heads, faucets, towels, and etcetera are the same.

I always have a great experience (at least so far) every time I stay here. Clean and comfortable

Not a big deal, but I needed paper towels. It's not life threatening or comfort deleting...

The location was close to the wedding

You had to pay for parking, the bed was hard, my room faced the back parking lot,

I loved my room and enjoyed my stay.Minus kids running down the hall. However, I will still plan to stay at the grand vista.

The water provided in the room if opened they will charge you for it… it should be free with stay!

pool area was nice, rooms clean, friendly staff.

Great location - close to the highway, yet no road noise, only a 36 minute drive to the beach. The hotel had been recently updated w/nice new flooring, as well as upgrades in the pool area. Throughout the day, staff was cleaning indoors and out. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful during our stay! This was our second stay at the Grand Vista and we’ll certainly return!

There was some confusion about the on-site breakfast-whether it was complimentary, or if you had a coupon what discount you would receive but it was unclear as to where you’d get the coupon. And, you can order off a menu for a different selection, but that’s not offered by staff-you have to know to ask. Better communication would have been helpful.

Friendly staff. Allowed us to check in early. Great location.

Towels had a bad smell and did not seem to be fresh. Water pressure at the sink was so low it was frustrating.

It's always a very good experience staying there!

The staff was exceptional- especially Carlos who gave us excellent directions to Hollywood. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The breakfast in the restaurant. Had to look for staff to serve us. But once found, she was very professional.
