Homeless camp across the street and begged for money as we were getting out of the car. Outside doors did not lock/key operated

room smelled you can tell they allow animals, staff took a long time to find sheets, pillows bedding. The sofa bed was uncomfortable the mattress needs to be replaced. The water pressure was horrible when taking a shower. they advertise breakfast the only thing they had were muffins and oatmeal an apple or orange.

Nice and quiet hotel in Fresno, close to the Sequoia Tree National Park. Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent wifi.

The "double beds" were a bit too narrow for two people. Breakfast options were limited, but overall OK.

The taps were hard to figure out

very close to the airport and they provide a taxi to the airport. they make the arrangements and the taxi was on-time. Facility was clean and beds comfortable. it is an older facility that could use updates but I don’t mind paying less for a clean facility that needs some updates. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff very nice. I would stay again and would recommend.

Close to airport, easy check in, coffee in room, free breakfast, locked door at corridor of rooms, reasonable price, quiet.

Couldn't figure out the coffee maker. TV a little small. Plugs wouldn't hold the weight of the cube for phone charger.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was super large and water pressure was very good.

One of the card scanners wasn’t working properly, so we had to go around with all of our luggage. Not a huge deal, just inconvenient.
