It was very clean and breakfast was good.
There wasn't a bell at front desk to alert someone to come to front desk. So, had to wait more than a few minutes for someone to arrive.

Everything was great. We had dogs and it was very nice to stay in a place that is nice with dogs.

Over charged because I reserved the room on Booking.com. The rattle upon check in was 124 plus tax but I was charged 138 plus tax because of Booking.com. Also there was no lotion in the room and only bar soap after we had been spoiled at other Hampton Inns with pump shower gel and pump lotion.

Ask for a upstairs 3rd floor room. Sounds from room to room were loud, especially above us. Otherwise a great value.

The Cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Front desk staff were very friendly and wonderful. The food at breakfast was very satisfying.
The reason I didn't give you an excellent rating is because there was a lot of noise in the room above us. Kids kept running - I think the hotel should have been aware that families that have kids that will be running should not be put on second floor above someone. My husband and I had got away for the night because his mother had just passed away and we just needed a quiet space to relax but with the thumping upstairs didn't really help - but that may be why it was more frustrating to us then it usually would have been because we were just wore out and stress
