DO NOT book here. Horrible experience from start to end. Room was dirty, carpet had hair ties and other things obviously wasn’t vacuumed. Bed had hairs on each layer of bedding blankets, sheets, mattress pad, mattress, which was urine stained. Jetted bathtub was filthy. No toilet paper on roll, no working light bulbs in lamp, phone had no dial tone but front desk tried calling us constantly the next morning. We paid for 2 nights, first morning front desk worker tried getting into our room, but we had the security lock on. Half dressed I was forced to answer the door as she was trying to get inside. She told us we needed to extend our stay if we wanted to stay longer, which already happened. We paid an additional $135 for an extra night with another added security deposit on top of the one we paid for the first night.
$270. We were told we would both get that back the following day, Sunday and Monday. It is now Thursday and we haven’t received it. $250 fee was added with zero explanation.
2 night stay in an awful hotel which has now taken $520. Definitely contacting BBB and fighting the charges. Complete scam of a business

The location is great.
The room didn't seem clean. The shower didn't get too warm and it didn't drain. The hair dryer was broken. No extra sheets/bedding for the pull-out. After a long day of travel, it was just frustrating

Location for the university was good. The Saturday staff were helpful and accommodating.
Key cards would not work once used the first time. The room safe had to be repaired. The first night the new staff training was tedious and very lengthy. We were tired and just wanted to get to our room.

We had roaches in our room crawling across the dresser on the 4th floor. Disgusting! We left after 20 minutes in. Was already in bed and comfortable had to pack up and find a new hotel.

fact that my door didn't shut completely. I mean.also drove 3 hrs to stay there was told I was early for check in by 40 mins and they wanted to charge me 20 more dollars..so I left came back on time and was told my room wouldn't be ready for another hr atleast. Put me in a dirty room 1st I asked to be moved and they moved me to a room with a messed up door.(had been broken into at some point) ..I won't stay there again

Our door did not shut securely so it would not lock and could be pushed open from the outside!!! We were already in our pajamas when we tried unsuccessfully to use the deadbolt and discovered this. Hence the above hook and latch didn’t work either.
Though a non smoking room the room smelled horribly of smoke.
There was no human at the front desk when we went to check out and tell them about the door….I waited for 15 minutes and called out several times.

the room wasn’t as clean as it could of been curtains walls and bath towels were all stained or discolored and the pool had this weird bubbles film across the entire top of water the lady at the front desk said it was just chemicals and expected me to let me kids continue swimming we needed up checking out at 11 and went to a different hotel for our next night

The heater was very loud. Disturbed my sleep. I knew hotel was full so I thought there was no need to contact the desk.They had hotel full of cheerleader. Better spray for waffle maker if batter has too much water. The waffles were sticking. I make alot of waffles. I have 3 waffle makers. They don't stick.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size and the bed was fairly comfortable. Although our room was clean, it's been a long time since anything was updated.
The hotel has a shabby appearance and the breakfast options were very limited. We had to wait close to fifteen minutes for the coffee urns to be refilled. It wasn't possible to shower because there was no hot water in the tub when I tried--and I let the water run long enough for hot water to flow. Then when my husband tried a few minutes later, the water was scalding no matter what the setting was. He had to wash his hair in the sink.

the staff was incredibly rude. one girl came up laughing at the door saying we need to get our things and go wait in the lobby, after my mom let them know we needed later checkout. she was incredibly rude. and the millions of phones calls and every staff member knocking on door was uncalled for. especially when none of them checked if we needed anything the 5 days we stayed there.. still waiting almost a week later to get two of my deposits back from the stay. completely ridiculous
