It was close to the venue we were going to g to.
The room was falling apart mirror was screwed to and molding cracked on. Room smelled awful like mildew and mold. Bathtub was falling apart with water spiked just hanging out of the tiles. Morning breakfast was bare to none. Waffle station empty, coffee empty. No plates to even put your bagel on or cups to fill your juice. Pool not available either. Definitely not worth the price.

Location.
Lots of noise from outside and other rooms. We were not able to sleep properly. rooms were not clean, bedding were not clean. My kid was disappointed with interior and room lights, very dull looking room. I was very upset because my family was very disappointed with the room.

The property is good just a few things that need attention.
The shower head didn’t work so I couldn’t take a shower had to take a bath , I had to re clean the bath tub because it had someone’s hair on the wall n sides of tub..
The sheet had a stain on it , I know sheets can be expensive but once a sheet becomes stained or when washed a stain doesn’t come out it should be thrown away or maybe go to the homeless Clothing bins ! No sheets should be on hotel beds that’s stained and noticeable.

The rooms were not cleaned well. I had to buy towels and wash clothes because the hotel didn’t have enough to accommodate the people staying in the rooms and had attitudes when asking for them. Staff was rude and unfriendly. The entire hotel smelled. The staff just stared at us and made us feel uncomfortable
I didn’t like anything about my stay and I would never stay with this hotel again

The breakfast was nice, and the rooms were clean. The staff was friendly.
The pool was not clean. The water was very green and there was green slime/sediment on the bottom. We had really been looking forward to swimming,but my husband would not let my children swim in those conditions. Q

The bathroom door handle and lock didn’t work, the room had stains everywhere. The phone in the room to call the front seat didn’t have a cord to be connected to the Jack. And the room across from mine had people screaming and fighting all morning long

no toilet paper in the room and when asked for it said there was none, had to suggest to take from an empty room and was answered “ I guess”, breakfast included… sure, nothing , just waffles that barely work and take an eternity to make, room was missing a part of the coffee machine and when asked another guests they were missing it too

The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of hot options and an array of beverages. We particularly liked the availability of hot beverages throughout the day. The decor of the lobby was festive and welcoming for the holidays. Staff was pleasant to interact with. The outdoor seating area looked inviting
We would have like to have been able to enjoy the outdoor seating area but the fire pit was never lit during our stay.
The room was very cold, even with the heat on. We had to get our own blankets from the front desk - they were not very warm and were very scratchy. We would have expected both that the blankets be delivered to the room and that they be of better quality.

The bed was comfortable and room was clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive.
The bathroom - shower curtain smell sour. The bathtub and wall was dirty. Water was not hot and the toilet seat was very loose.

The place was infested with ROACHES!! It was dirty, outdated and the staff was very unprofessional. I WILL NEVER be back at that location nor do I recommend it to anyone else. I am a very clean person and the way that hotel was was unacceptable!

It was musky smelling, carpet wasn’t clean, there was someone’s hair under the dresser, the beds were low and uncomfortable, there was pink mold around the soap in the shower, the bathroom was dusty and it smelt old!

Breakfast was not good. The only choice was waffles. No juice, no eggs, no toast, no sausage, no bacon. The room was too cold.

Cleaned rooms, changed sheets and towels. Looked and smelled like used towels and sheets were pulled up and folded to look fresh. They were not.

Not a very good hotel at all. Dirty, musty, smelled bad, and several broken items in room like refrigerator and curtains. Hotel staff not very friendly and no breakfast despite a huge sign saying they did.
