The housekeeping staff was great! We had a large party and needed extra towels multiple times. They were great with getting them for us and taking our extra trash out.

Beautiful newly renovated Guest Room, and very friendly and helpful stuff.

Due to season Pub and Restaurant were closed both nights of our stays which we were unaware of at time of booking. (Our own fault)

Breakfast was good, and had a great variety. The rooms were very clean. Check in and check out was very smooth.

The Waterpark is very small. Would not recommend staying for more than 1 night. The waterslide kept closing off and on after 4pm, when it was suppose to be open. Concessions were not open, but carry ins were prohibited in the waterpark. Also waited at the counter for 15 minutes for a staff member to purchase something in the gift shop. On Monday morning, we were told we couldn't use the main pool due to water aerobics. There were 2 people in water aerobics. The bed was very saggy in the middle and uncomfortable. The arcade prizes are terrible, and the machines were half empty where you redeem prizes.

The water park was great. kids had a lot of fun! Good value at a nice place.

More than half the games in the Arcade didn’t work. The games would take credits without working when the kids scanned their player cards. Had a bad experience in the gift shop with two very rude employees. The lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful though.

there’s plenty of room for more tables for breakfast that are needed. lots of people standing while eating and people not eating taking up tables .

The place was beautiful. Nice location the pool area looked nice but we didn't have a chance to use it. They were a little short staffed in Bar restaurant area but they did a good job thanks again

Clean room, friendly staff

If you are looking for a clean comfortable night's sleep, this place is fine.

This is not a 3 star hotel. Pub food was awful - pizza was a generic frozen type that was not completely done - appeared to be heated only on top in a toaster oven. Wait staff mingled with friend a we had a hard time getting service - like it was an imposition to refill our water. Breakfast was a substandard continental. TV did not support streaming. This is no more than a 2-star venue.

Breakfast was so so. They didn’t have many options for protein. Very limited on fruits as well.

Outlet plugs were too loose, could only charge one thing at a time. Toilet leaked when flushed. Outdated decor.

Very Nice Staff, Rooms were cozy, allowed smoking on decks, and Location very close to downtown Minocqua/all activities

Garbage cans in room not big enough (have to take breakfast to rooms), sink in room drained very slowly, out on deck around the lights and air conditioning unit caked with dead bugs, The Pub bar and grill ran out of most of its food, and Water Park was smaller then expected with all very shallow pools/hot tub

Lobby was very welcoming, made you want to hang out there. The rooms were very spacious. Was quiet for the most part. Loved looking out off the balcony at the trees, even saw some deer walking by.

Breakfast was average for continental, not many 'fresh' options (seemed everything was pre-made, just taken out and put on a tray), coffee cups were small with flimsy lids. There wasn't a convenient area to eat, told most people just took their food up to their rooms, not easy with no tray to carry it (we didn't have children which seemed to make things even harder for the parents we saw trying to take food up). We only stayed for one night so did not need housekeeping but did see a sign that there was no housekeeping offered until after check out. The amount of trash created from just 2 people eating breakfast was a lot for those little trash bins we had, I wouldn't want to imagine seeing that my entire stay. I understand no daily housekeeping seems to be the new standard since Covid happened (this wasn't the only place I have stayed recently that do no offer it), but maybe consider offering it for a small fee, I am on vacation, I want to be treated to a bed made for me (don't have to change the sheets, just a made bed is good for me), 1-2 new clean towels and emptied garbage.

The hotel lobby was extremely welcoming. The room was spacious and we had a very good nights sleep on the comfortable bed.

I just wish there would have been a regular breakfast instead of the continental one offered, but we knew that was all that was going to be offered when we booked.

the pool area was awesome but we went during spring break and there was tons of kids. the indoor outdoor hot tub was neat in the winter. the beds were super comfy and I loved the balcony/view.
