Very friendly staff. Hotel was very clean.

We used the washing machine. It didn’t completely spin our clothes. We had to wring all of our clothes out before we put them in the dryer. We couldn’t do a great job like the washing machine should have done. But we did our best. It took 3 times using the dryer to dry most of our clothes. We couldn’t do it any more, we were already going on almost 4 hours of doing one load. I did tell the desk person about it in the morning. I guess when a hotel says they have a laundry for your use, you should expect it to be working.

Very nice breakfast, good hours, staff available to replenish foods, great selection too.

Better Than Expected!

Great location and seemed very safe

Checked in online & the only available rooms with 2 beds were on 2nd floor. I mentioned it to the receptionist & he noticed my husband was on oxygen. He said let me check something & switched us to a suite on the first floor. We were meeting up with some other people for a week long trip & the manager let us park our car there until we returned 7 days later. Outstanding customer service.

One morning’s breakfast- cheese omelets. They were delicious. Breakfast Sausages were good also. ALSO the hotel manager and Patty and a night clerk who corralled a very insistent drunk guest trying to get into my room. VERY responsive when I called at 4:00 am They went out of their way to be helpful. They were all responsive and friendly.

Breakfast on the other four days was pretty disgusting, though it seems to meet “industry standards” because it is JUST LIKE every other breakfast in every other discount hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No hot water on the first day. None. I’m not sure if it was because I just didn’t leave it on long enough or if I was turning on the wrong tap b cause there were NO INSTRUCTIONS. All I know is that I got warm (not hot) water after complaining.

It was clean. I needed a crib at the last minute they were able to meet our needs. Very happy.
