Comfortable clean room, nice staff, gym room, and breakfast

Location was perfect! Everything in Lee was within walking distance, and the outlet mall was only 3 min away. We were there on a pilgrimage to the National Shrine of the Divine Mercy, and it was only 10 min away - perfect!!!
People at desk upon check-in and check-out were very friendly. Breakfast was basic, but adequate. (If you didn't like what was offered for breakfast, Dunkin was 2 doors down, and Roses coffee shop/cafe was next door - plenty of other options)
Hotel and grounds were clean and welcoming and rooms were quiet. Whenever we're in Lee, this is where we stay!

- good basic breakfast to start into the day
The reception was unattended when we arrived. We had to wait a longer time until we finally were able to check-in.

Room is quite clean. Window's quality is good so not so much noisy even facing the road.

We had a valid coupon they wouldn't honor. They said it was a busy week because of a music festival that was in town so they were not honoring coupons that week. Really. If you offer a coupon you should honor it.

Breakfast could be better. They ran out of fresh fruit, creamer, and coffee both days

Just in town for a little bike riding for a couple of days. From start to finish everything was professional, courteous and friendly!!!

Not the hotel's issue really, but I was FURIOUS that booking.com did not include the address of the hotel in their confirmation. I had a lot of trouble finding the place. Maybe you can address this with them?

Very courteous young lady at the front desk. She was great in letting us check in early since the rooms were ready!

Rooms very dusty, head boards, lamps and shades edges of carpet.

The location was good
No gluten free options for continental breakfast. Stains on the comforter. Hotel had a funny smell in the lobby. Cleanliness could have been better.

The staff were great and everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Close to many stores and restaurants.
