Great central location to downtown, campus and Arboretum. Boutique hotel was a plus.

Would be helpful if staff lets us know that daily cleaning is not done unless you stay minimum of 5 days at check-in.

Parking - very tight spaces.

Parking close to room. Late service hours at front desk made navigating the hotel feel safer.

The lady in the check in counter is so helpful, we checked in around 5pm on Oct 15 Sat, and we requested that we will be checking out late on Monday and she accommodated our request, There is always coffee anytime of the day actually its Starbucks coffee. Again when I'm going to grab a cup of coffee the same lady in the counter told me she's going to brew another one because the coffee might be cold already, but the coffee is still hot so I just said no need to brew another one for me. She's awesome!!

This is a hidden gem in a great location! The cottages are private and very comfortable, with nice outdoor seating areas.

I wish they were offering breakfast and were cleaning the rooms daily. It seems like they still have some COVID protocols in place which are no longer necessary.

Great location. In the village but across the street from UC Davis. We didn't have a car and didn't need one. The suite is perfect for parents traveling with students - privacy without needing another room.

The bed was so comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. The room was clean because I usually get a stuffy nose anytime I stay at a hotel but I didn’t this time so that tells me it was clean and no allergens. The general manager was personable and front desk staff friendly.

No pool, no hot tub, no smart tv.

I like that it was super close to UC Davis campus for my son plus it was close to everything with restaurants and activities. The hotel was clean and room was spacious. First time exploring Davis and we all had a great time. Definitely will come back!

Some part of the floor was uneven that it literally shook the room.

That it was close to the friends I was visiting. That is the only good thing. Police were on location no less than eight times in the two days, that I was present to witness. Gone for the majority of the day and evening. Kind of, no, is a major red flag. Only saving grace was the proximity to my friends.

Did not care for the charge for everything. For the price, a small snack and coffee is the norm any other place, but not there. If I used the coffee in the room, $5.00 charge for each serving. Beds were too soft but for the two days there, I slept on the floor.
