It was close to beach and said it had a view of the ocean

Had a tv on the wall that didn’t work and they had just stuck a tv on the dresser that didn’t work aswell. Smelled horrible when I first walked in the room. The sliding door to the balcony was off the tracks and very hard to open.. had a plain peice of plywood covering a hole or door on the balcony couch had cigarette burn holes blanket and sheets had cigarette burn holes. Completely crazy to charge as much as they were for the room vent hanging off the roof in the bathroom cracks in the paint in the bath tube and you could hear every step that was taken on the breeze way and the steps. Very disappointing stay.

Nothing really

Everything was horrible. The building is falling apart, the room smell bad, the linens are full of holes. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The tubes don’t drain and the. A/C are broken.

It was close to the aquarium and Lexington. The view from the balcony was nice.

The staff was very rude and they live on the premises and partied every night. They were so loud each night and none of us could really fall asleep. People were knocking on our door constantly then running away which a couple of times woke the babies up from their naps. The room was filthy with dog hair which triggered my allergies and the bathtub is cracked and caving in to the point I nearly lost my balance during my shower. When checking out no one was in the office and we had to wait nearly 30 minutes before a lady came down and told me to exit and then refused to answer any questions I had. It was the worst experience at a hotel we've ever had. I tried to go cheaper on a hotel so that we had more money for things to do but I definitely won't be doing that again. I guess you get what you pay for.

AC did not work rooms to small place falling apart wanted refund and they said we had to be charged for the day even though we didn’t stay pool was so green never will I book there again

Dangerous and unhealthy situation: No phone in room, A/C system not controllable, no chain lock on front door, staff unavailable much of the time. Pool constantly filled with sludge and not cleaned when we were there. Indoor facilities are poor at best. Only one light fixture worked and most wall outlets did NOT. Bathroom door broken. Tub dangerous in surface. Bath water temperature only warm and runs cold quickly. Carpet had many stains. King bedspread had a large, 5" gaping hole and didn't appear to be cleaned. Room had ice bucket but no ice facility. Carport underneath residences had leaking pipes after hotel guests would use facilities. Left residue on vehicle. No way to handle emergencies (e.g., fires, falls, attacks, etc) during entire stay. Felt more like staying at an outdoor campsite but not safe, healthy, nor secure.

The staff was very friendly and kind.

The pool had issues it was green they worked on it by the time we was leaving it was better...
