It’s located in an excellent spot for our activities and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Started charging for parking and I missed that little tidbit when I booked. Ridiculous to charge when few other hotels/motels in the area do. I won’t book here again because of that.

Very clean and nice environment

Usually this is my favorite hotel! But , The pool wasn’t open, the room I reserved, I didn’t get. Our heater/AC had a terrible banging noise, could barley sleep. The hair dryer didn’t work. The check and took like 20 minutes asking us questions we had never got asked before.

The staff was very nice and the room was fine.

The window unit wasn't blowing cold air, like I had it set to do. And I wasn't aware of the $12 fee to park overnight.

My room was located next to the janitor closet and elevators. Throughout the night you would hear people coming in and out of the elevators. You would also hear employees bringing their carts in and out of the facility closet. Made for a noisy night and somewhat difficult to sleep.

this is our go to hotel, every time we are in grand junction this is where we stay. we love the pool, restaurant and location of the hotel.

that the rooms with two beds are only full size. i have two kids who share a bed and it works for them but my husband and I barely fit in one. it makes it hard to get a full, comfortable night of rest.

There was a lounge and a restaurant in the hotel! The pool and the hot tub! We enjoyed our stay so much we booked another night.

Clean, comfortable and close to shopping, and restaurants. The pool and hot tub is larger than the average area of any hotel that I have been to, giving it my favorite place to be. I really liked Bailey's in the evenings.

Paying for parking. If it weren't for the pool and Bailey's I would have not accepted the stay, as it raised the cost unacceptably.

Clean hotel,

I hit "pay in full" on booking .coms app and paid. Upon arrival they said they were going to charge me an additional 48 dollars for parking. There is no parking garage, valet, or anything special about the parking lot. The hotel is not within walking distance of anything worthwhile, so there is absolutely no reason to charge for parking. When I went back on the app the part where it talks about parking is in a drop down you have to click on, essentially hidden. This is very deceitful and is the reason I won't be returning. I spoke with two other guests that both said they were blindsided by the charge, as I was. I've stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past with a good experience everytime, but will not be returning due to this deception. If you want an additional 12 dollars per night, charge an additional 12 dollars per night. Sneaking in some absurd charge is going to make you lose more money than you will gain in the long run.

Reasonable price for the hotel and area, especially as a last minute booking. Clean rooms, clean common areas, staff was present, attentive, friendly, and efficient.
