Location good near my family I was visiting

Heater air was so loud I couldn’t sleep and room would be cold if the hot air would turn off As it adjusts to the temperature set. The hotel lobby especially the elevator smelled so bad.

No shower for 2 days!!!!!!!

Clean facility. Big rooms. Breakfast was ok. Very friendly check in worker.

They charged a $50 incidental which should have been refunded or never processed through but it was and now I have to file a claim with my credit card company to have it refunded. Mistakes happen but it was a hassle calling in and trying to speak with the manager about the issue. I was forwarded to them, supposedly, 4 different times. The last call, the employee stated that the manager said it was probably being held by my credit card and that I needed to go thru them. The manager seemed to have been at the desk because I heard them talking before I would be put on hold and forwarded to voice-mail. So now I need to wait up to 60 days to get my refund...

The wifi connection is very poor in the room, well at least in the room I was in. The wifi signal was strong in the corridor but not in the room
