I went with a friend. I cannot tell you our surprise and delight to find that instead of just two queen beds in 1 room, ours was a 2 room suite, each with their own queen bed and TV, separated by pocket doors and wood laminate flooring instead of hotel carpeting. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Definitely a place I plan to come back to. So nice to be able to park the car, with free parking; walk to wonderful restaurants and to the theatre.

Check in was running late as the rooms were not ready but the desk clerk did her best to get us in as soon as possible.

Beautiful hotel, great location, room was great.

We were there for one night. When my grandson got into the shower around 8:30pm, there was no hot water. None! Ice cold. And since there was no bath tub, my grandson (who is special needs) could not do his normal relaxation before bedtime. Very disappointing. Hotel offered to send repairman up, but it was late and we were tired, so we declined and just hit the hay. The next morning, when we returned from eating breakfast, our key card wouldn't work. So we had to go back down to the lobby to get a new card. I was disappointed that we had two mishaps in our short 1-night stay, and was very disappointed that mgmt never offered anything as compensation for our aggravation. Not even an apology. Lesson learned: check the water situation when first entering hotel room!

Easton is a beautiful and quaint town. The hotel is historic and provides beautiful views of downtown and the waterways. As a nature lover walking through the trails were amazing.

Check in is at 4:00 PM, room wasn’t ready upon check in. When I questioned the staff, member was rude and was told “we are extremely busy.” As a paying customer, my expectations is for the room to be ready upon check in time.

The pillows was stained the sheet had stains on them I had no air and I'm asmatic. It was to hot I could not control the ain't at all it was not ok.
