Room was clean.

Even though I reserved a special room months in advance, it was given to someone else. Manager on duty was a jerk even after I proved my point thru email. No breakfast at all either day as advertised. Been staying here same weekend since 2009, am going to find somewhere else. Allows smoking in stair well even when they say otherwise!

The mattress was a memory foam type mattress and was fairly comfortable for a motel.

Breakfast was an extreme let down and the motel shouldn't be allow to advertise "free breakfast". The room was disappointing. Although a non-smoking room, both bedspreads had multiple burn marks from cigarettes. The room was furnished with 2 chairs. Both were dangerously broken, though the arms and legs were pushed back together to appear safe - until you sat in them. The drapes did not close completely and left a 2" opening. As it was a first floor room, anyone walking by could peer in and parking lot lights, which were on all night long, made sleeping difficult. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a truck and, I'm sure, woke anyone in adjacent rooms whenever I used the bathroom. The TV was a newer LED flat screen model, but it took FOREVER to change from one channel to the next. It made watching TV an exercise in frustration and futility. There was no ice available anywhere in the motel.

our first room had only one sheet on the bed , smelled of mildew and the ceiling was water stained. our second room smelled better but the toilet was clogged which we didn’t find out until the middle of the night. There was no breakfast as advertised.

Not a thing. The first impression we had when we entered the parking lot was not good. When we entered the lobby the smoke smell was so bad and it made my throat hurt. There was another person in the lobby who told us there was no one else around. I hollered for the registration person, knocked loudly on the door and called the registration phone line with no success. We immediately left the lobby, I called Wyndham to file a complaint and then called Booking.com to cancel our reservation.

The smell as soon as you walk in....... Our rooms were absolutely disgusting 😒 microwave, bathroom hair from other guests, mildew cob webs, no fitted sheet on bed just a sheet went to front desk to complain multiple times no 1 there. Linen with burn holes just disgusting. Honestly I was going to take pictures 📸 but figured for what will never stay at a super 8.

Our stay at the Super 8 by Wyndham West Springfield/Route 5 was a disappointment. Our stay was Friday night to Sunday morning. My room 214 (occupancy of 3) had no security door latching hardware. The beds were very high off the floor; challenging for vertically challenged persons The towel bar in the toilet room was missing and the end support was loosened from the wall. Not enough towels were provided for the established (3) guests. The exhaust fan vent was dirty and sounded as though it would fall from the ceiling. There was no TV channel guide provided; as visitors we are not familiar with the local stations. Upon return to the room Saturday night; the keys would not allow entry prompting a visit to the Front Desk. The breakfast area was closed until Sunday morning although we had plans for breakfast elsewhere. Will will seek accommodations elsewhere in 2023.

Was a bit outdated and the room was fine. I found it clean for one night. The guy at the desk was really nice and helpful.

Needs a bit updating that's all but overall it was fine for the night.

They no longer serve breakfast, which we expected. Our room smelt moldy and unclean. It triggered my allergies and asthma.
