Every staff member that we encountered, the reception desk, the housekeeping staff, maintenance, and food service were extremely pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It would be nice if breakfast were served until 10 am through the week, as well as the weekend

Pool was nice, hotel very clean. Rooms were lovely and cleaned everyday.

The breakfast was good but the hot options weren’t very nice. Everything too salty. Couldn’t eat the eggs.

Availability of room: 15:00. Arrived 15:15; waited in line [not a problem] 7-8 minutes. Was then told room was not available, needed to check with cleaning staff. Waited. Told would be another 30 minutes. Left, returned in 30 minutes. Not acceptable - we had a difficult trip and we're tired and wanted to clean up before a family reunion. Ended with a twin bed handicapped room, clean and neat. Wanted a king bed. Blame some of this on the booking company I used. Otherwise a pleasant stay - except that the hallway on the 4th floor was not conditioned space.

It was very nice on the outside and near the front desk.

The bathroom was terribly dirty with urine stains on the floor hair in the tub and on the toilet. There was banging in the ceiling at night. The mattress was lumpy. The carpet had a smell to it.
