What a great hotel. Clean ,comfortable, and all around nice.

They have done an excellent job of securing their property. Unfortunately, this is no longer a good area in Tacoma WA (as I previously lived there).

It was as nice as I expected Hampton to be, however they did not honor the booking .com price

too many kids running around on Saturday night and drunk adults in lobby. staff did shut them down though. Also when I booked through booking.com the hotel couldn’t find my reservation for a good while. I’m Beas tired and had to wait almost an hour to be checked in

There is a large homeless camp right next to the hotel. The hotel has installed a temporary fence around the perimeter. I was concerned about my car being damaged and would never walk around the hotel due to the filth of the homeless camp and the sketchy people.

First day was amazing and good but coming back was the problem I go to the front .. first the lady name Emma took all my Info in for one night which was suppose to be two second the next day I try the elevator my card doesn’t work so I go to the front i guess Emma had no info in the system for my two day stay there not even the room was under my name BUT THANK YOU FOR MS.SHAY for helping me and my little family she did so amazing handling it and helping out

Booking through 3rd party. They won't work with you for any changes you wanna make. Wanted to upgrade to king suite but was told to contact booking.com. tried to contact booking.com but was on hold forever and just stuck to what we got. Was great in the past but won't do reservations on this site again.

I didn't care for all of the homeless encampments you have right across the street. I know there isn't anything you can do about it, but it makes it a little nerve wracking coming in and out of the hotel.

We have stayed here frequently and find it's location perfect for our activities. And there is a Starbucks just up the street.

With the new hotel open next to the Hampton and the issue of homeless persons across the road, we felt crowded. We weren't but we felt it. Not being able to use the rear gate was disappointing - the main driveway is steep and usually crowded.
