Despite being right on a busy highway, the room was quiet. Location was convenient for our plans. We had to make a last minute reservation and were concerned the motel would not meet our expectations. However, our room had been recently renovated and met basic needs ---- clean.

The room and bathroom are very small. We are accustomed to amenities provided by Hampton Inns, and this property does not provide breakfast, tissues, updated furniture, skin cream, ice.

It was clean the staff was courteous and it was quiet for the most part.

The price was 100 bucks a night could have stayed at a better hotel for the price and the beds were hard but overall it was ok

TV and phone didn’t work. No hot water in bathroom sink. Not enough towels no facial tissues. We told front desk they said they fix TV and phone and give more towels next day which they did not. We fixed TV connection ourself and turned on hot water under sink and bought tissues at store.

Absolutely nothing. I am 50 years old as of this January and I can honestly say that this has had to have been the worst hotel stay in all my life.

None of the pics posted to Booking.com accurately depicted the actual property. The facility was poorly kept. The room my wife and I stayed in had worn tattered furniture, stained bedding, and a filthy bathroom the likes I've never seen. There was a blood stain on the toilet seat, an opened and partially used toilet roll, and possibly dried semen on the bleach stained comforter. In addition, I've sent complaint to Booking.com, having at least three message threads on file and I took photos. Two nights were initially reserved but there was no staying after the experience. I spoke with the desk clerk who not only stated that he had the authority to deny a refund but would not revise the receipt. I have informed my personal bank of the incident and will be filing for a formal complaint and dispute of the charges.

A very nice and beautiful hotel with a very beautiful view and I will come back to it
