The was nice and 35 minutes away from where we needed to go! So it was convenient for us!

Breakfast need some work! Food was half cooked or burnt! I paid for a room with a spa bath in it and the bath was nasty! Soon I turnt on the jets stuff was flowing in the water! I couldn’t relax while I was away from home!

The breakfast was not available when we stayed. I had to leave at 6:30am and was told breakfast was open at 7am.

The TV was located between a lounge and beds. From both positions it is awkward to watch the TV. The toilet did not flush properly.

The outside of the property was not clean. I selected to make the payment at the facility but when I asked to change the card, I was told it had already been charged. The hotel did not smell great; they attempted to mask the odor. The room door paint was chipped. There was a large hole in the wall at the entryway of the room. There were no face towels in the bathroom and the towels that were there were dingy and rough. There was an unlocked door on the side of the building, it did not shut on its own. Much of the property ascetic was displeasing.

The front staff seemed as if they didn’t wanna deal with anyone, check in was for 3pm didn’t get checked until 3:45pm. The room we stayed in was falling apart with mold and holes from the ceiling and bathroom. Husband woke up to a roach dead under him in the bed the front guy said well it’s Texas as if that’s really a reason to have a roach dead in the bed and it wasn’t something small was a big one. Plus having crickets in the room and bathroom terrified our young daughter. They never once offer to change our sheets even though we stayed a week there.

It was old and run down and my room had a odor. In need of some serious updates. The vanity was in the room part not the bathroom didn't understand why.

I had to take a cold shower, the water pressure sucked, the drains wouldn’t drain properly, there was a red substance splattered all over the bathroom wall/door frame, and to top it all off, when we came in after our evening out the night shift worker had the audacity to stop us in the hall to ask my boyfriend how much it would cost to be able to have sex with my friend. THEN after we got changed and went to grab a late night snack on our way out the door the same worker literally chased us out the front door to ask AGAIN if he could have sex with my friend and how much it would cost. The next morning when I stressed these things to the guy at the front desk I was told “sorry do you want a refreshment?” No I don’t want a bottle of freaking water and a granola bar for the poor hospitality and horrible facilities!

Location was perfect and we did not see any critters anywhere, AC ran very well, normal noise level

Counters and table tops were not washed at all, minimal vacuuming (carpet too old also), shower not cleaned, breakfast ended way before 10am so we did not get any, couches and chairs very dirty

Nice staff.

Watch their internet. I got a virus, thankfully I had spyware protection.
