I really like the decor and layout of the rooms. The staff is very friendly but that can lead to LONG wait times at the front desk.

The staff is very friendly but that can lead to LONG wait times at the front desk. But really my only complaint is that the relatives for whom I also booked a room did not have a working toilet. They both have mobility issues and it was a real bummer that they had to go the the lobby to use the bathroom! No compensation was offered by the staff.

Loved the two gals who checked us in. Sooo nice and FUN. Probably the best bed I've ever slept in.... including my own bed at home. I have shoulder issues and not once did I wake up with shoulder pain.

I understand hotel prices are up everywhere but I can no longer afford to stay two nights. Lighting a little dark at bathroom sink.

The lobby smelled like sewage - the rooms are not insulated you literally hear everything that’s going on in the room next door. Our room was rather dark and the coffee machine being positioned on the bathroom sink is just odd!

Really? $300+ for an unassuming hotel? And then you charge for parking our car for the night? Room walls were thin, and we listened for an hour to people stomping back and forth, seemingly above us (we were on the second floor!). No breakfast provided at this price? The bed was soft--too soft. And we could only open windows about two inches. This is Napa--let us have fresh air.

Very spacious and comfortable room, we were conveniently located on the ground floor with a short walk to the pool and the convenience store/shop next door. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. Plenty of parking for vehicles. Can highly recommend dining at Il Posto Trattoria located directly behind the hotel, delicious Italian dishes and brilliant service.

The breakfast service was very slow, only staffed by one person who was trying to do everything. We ended up paying at the bar to be able to get on with our day. If you are planning to rent a bicycle to visit vineyards, there is a rent service available in the car park but note there’s very few bicycles - we were unlucky and could not get one for the day. Suggest you head out early to rent one and make the most of the scenery before waiting for the first vineyard to open.

staff seems not trained up to the standards compare to other Indigos I've been to. the checkin experience was not good, the reception lady saw us and walk away to service customers in canteen and not coming back until her manager came and helped us for checkin, when we call the service center ask if where we can get some hot water wo simply get an no answer

the property is centrally located at 5 minutes from mayor wineries and close to the main roads. we found this hotel at a great price surrounded by expensive hotels. breakfast was included which was great to start the day and go to all the wineries. they also have restaurants near by which are away from the most crowed places . the hotel is being upgraded to a more modern urban style but we like it as it was

there is no need to charge for parking 10 dollars.

I love the friendliness of the staff..ALL of them. They made you feel like you were welcome at a family and friends home.

I did not like the amount of time it took to get my food. Everytime I ordered food, it was a very long wait. Only 1 person working the breakfast and dinner area. The breakfast guy was so amazing though. He was literally jogging to make sure he took care of his customers.

Pool area closes to early Restaurant said it closed at 10pm but the kitchen closed it 25 mins early
