Great location! Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Nobody told us until our last day there that they had a parking pass for us, so we had been paying $15 per day. The price I was charged was different than the price I had been quoted on booking.com

I liked the modern and clean feel of the room. The room darkening shades are great. Appreciated the individual temperature control so that I could keep the fan going to help with the white noise.I liked the location of this hotel since it was very convenient to the pedestrian mall, and various restaurants.

The room did not appear clean with lent end dust on the floors and bathroom mirror was very streaky. I paid extra to have a balcony and while the size was good, it had two very lonely chairs sitting out there. I requested two extra chairs and maybe a small table to be put out there since we were traveling with guests. But that hotel was not able to accommodate. Very strange. Also, whenever we tried to call the front desk for assistance with the sporadic Wi-Fi, they never answered the phone. We had to make repeated trips down to the front desk to try to get help with various issues.

Chic with art in the hallways, cool designer furniture, next to a great market, very good in house asain restaurant, loved our big room with a glass wall and oval tub! Nothing could have been better.

The bathtub was huge.

You have to pay for parking. There was no breakfast. The bed moved when you sat on it. The sheets felt stale on your skin. The bathroom door is see through.

Staff at desk were amazing. The room was spacious, amazing showrr and tub. The bed was very comfortable. The patio was nice.

Our room was suppose to be cleaned every 4 days and on the 7th day they cleaned however they did a poor job. The heater was very noisey, the fridge did not work. Parking was expensive and all of the e tra taxes added on msde the room over 200 dollars a night.

they had no room for us. they had just given away our room to someone who found hers unclean. it was almost midnight so we had no choice but stay and take the room she had just vacated. we insisted on the receptionists changing our sheets. But honestly the pillows still looked already slept in. the room had not been vacuumed. see pics. The toilet flush would only work only once in about 30 minutes. the breakfast table wobbled. the shades were ripped off the roll. the window couldn’t be closed so the cold air was seeping in all night.
