I booked a 6 person room with a sofa was given a 4 person room, enjoy the space of the larger room
The tub was clogged and I had to plunge it myself as maintenance was gone for the day?
The bathroom could use some updates for the money.
Also I’m a local resident staying there waiting for my new home and didn’t get out of work till 4 and they said the latest I could check out was 2 and then I would be charged an extra night. It’s 2 hours I work for the city your not fully booked so really what’s the problem!?

The location was very convenient to my destination and on the hiway in/out.
The Elevator frequently makes “banging” noises, which is very unsettling.

I think a rooftop viewing area for rocket launches would be a great addition.

Our room was clean.
The property needs to be refreshed. Heavily stained carpets and furniture worn out. Really surprised to see a Holiday Inn in this condition. No free breakfast as the neighboring hotels have for the same room prices.

the pull out coach needs a new mattress, you can feel every spring in it, not comfortable at all!
