Location friendly

Think could have been cleaned better. Found a black bug crawling on my suitcase and clothes. 2cd night came back and had little ants crawling on my bed.

It was close to where I was working, front desk clerk was friendly.

Was there for 3 nights, no room service at all. Never got any fresh towels or anything, Water stains and holes in the ceiling tiles, bathroom lights burnt out, room ceiling was noticeably dirty.

The noises from the frig, and ac unit was way to loud, bed sucked and, Bed board had way to much dust on it...

a very clean bright room. location perfect for getting on and off the interstate. breakfast was excellent.

The guest rooms really need a facelift. The carpet was old and stained and the room just didn't feel "fresh". I couldn't get the heat to shut off, so I finally unplugged the wall unit. The bed was not very comfortable. It was clean so not a knock on house keeping, but the rooms are next to the civic center so I'm sure they have a lot of guests. They need to be renovated. I spent three nights in hotels last week and each room was around $150. This was the worst room by far.
