The bad sticks out too much for me to enjoy any part of my stay.

The room felt like it hasn’t been dusted in a long time, my girlfriends allergies were extremely irritated. The first morning there was construction work that started at 10am, we tried to go back to sleep but the work continued until at least noon which is when we finally gave up on sleeping in and we went out for lunch. At 2am that night you could clearly hear a family going all out arguing directly upstairs. Not to mention the basement room we got put in looked nothing liked the pictures. I understand I booked through a third party but to stick us in the basement room when you had barely any other guests was not alright.

Could be a little cleaner. Had to ask for towels and breakfast.

Breakfast was great. Staff was nice.

Arrived at 0300 and our room with 2 beds only had one bed made. We had to go to the front to get sheets and make it ourselves. Additionally there were not enough towels.

Super friendly and helpful staff, immaculately clean room, wonderfully comfortable bed. Great location, very quiet, but close to everything.

I thought they might have breakfast but they didn’t seem to or it was unclear how it worked.

Breakfast was provided in a brown paper bag - oatmeal, granola bars, pretzels, and orange juice. For a nicer touch, invest in the bags and personalize them since a hot breakfast wasn’t offered.

The carpeting in the room was dirty, spots throughout. The furniture was scuffed. For the cost of the room and I travel a lot, a makeover is needed.
