Food, location and hotel were all great.

Check in service not great, no room cleaning unless requested at reception, ordered meal and wine via room service. Meal arrived without wine.

Really nice hotel directly at the Marina. The facilities are great and everything is super clean and looked after. We loved the pool.

Valet only parking (not so bad as there is a public parking right at the entrance of the street for $7/day)

The stay at Marina Del Ray was very nice and well put the only things that could have meet better needs for our stay was having a working refrigerator and we had to rent a microwave for the price of the stay it should be better accommodating especially with small children who drinks formula or milk that has to be refrigerated.

Was told I would received my $100 'security deposit' after we checked out. It never happened even tho I was asked by a manager to give it 14ish days before looking for refund in bank account. I did. WRONG! I never got a refund and by the 14 day + it was too late to tell my bank to hold on paying. I have written several times but the trail is cold ...and the refund is not happening.

I’ve stayed here plenty of times and always had great service. today was a different experience. The TV was not working properly and continued to turn off while watching. Front desk responded immediately and sent tech up to check in tv. He didn’t provide his name just said he was sent to check tv. Of course the TV didn’t act up while he was here so he just matter-of-fact my said there wasn’t a problem even tho I told him the TV stopped working at least 10 times since when I had checked in.

This was in a great location and they have EV charging on site. The hotel is well decorated in a marine theme and our rooms had great view of the marina. The restaurant also looked very cute but we did not actually eat there

Parking was very overpriced for the location. We wanted to heat some leftovers that we had got back from lunch and they were unwilling to do so unless we paid $10 to rent a microwave for the night!!! That is the craziest thing I have every heard. Overall staff was OK.

$45 valet parking! and no choice to self park. They literally parked the car 40ft from where we got out at the front door-

the staff was super accommodating and helpful. the property is in a really nice location and a good day with no fog you can really enjoy pretty sunsets out in the patio / pool area.

Parking is a little pricey for valet and or to keep it on the property if you decide not to do valet. Wish they didn’t have pricey fees but I get the location is tricky.

Beautiful view of the marina from our room. The pool and restaurant also look over the marina. Loved the fresh coffee available at reception in the mornings.

cleanliness, rude staff, no housekeeping service The worst hotel ever they do not clean the rooms even if you request a day before, the lady at the front desk super rude and very cocky . Dirty carpet in the room, trash not collected generally, they throw the bunch of new towels and the rest do it yourself ! the only good thing about the place is the location nothing else at all, you pay for 4 star hotel $450 a night and you get 1 star quality or even worse ! the photos shows the quality of housekeeping you request - lol a joke

I thought the room was comfortable and the staff all did a great job.

The scent they used in the main area was too strong.
