The beachfront and the quietness.

Great location! Room was clean, beds we’re comfortable. Floors were a little slimy with cleaner just need to add some water to your bucket !

Very simple, but fair for the price.

Comfort and need some update. Nothing that made me scream...place has a great potential and every single help to help them rebuild beach access after hurricanes would be great.

Beautiful ocean views, friendly staff, and we slept great. My 7 year old loved this place also he talks about it all the time. The hurricane caused a lot of damage in the area its heartbreaking to see but they are working on cleaning it up.For the price this place can't be beat We will absolutely come back soon. Our new home away from home.

Location overlooks the beach.

Nasty bathroom door needs to be painted, tiny room with no place to put even a laptop, chair with stains, door that is difficult to open or close, leaf blower noise at 8AM.

The beds were comfortable the kitchen items were nice.

Very unhappy with a second late charge. My wife and I had to leave at different times I had to leave first. I knew her ride would be late so I accepted the first late charge to leave by 12:30. She told me she left at that time (my wife) at about 3:30pm that afternoon I was sent a second late check out fee for the same price. I didn't authorize and my wife was already close to two hours away from the facility. Robin on the phone told me she didn't leave the room until 3:30 this is a straight lie. I would not recommend staying here unless your okay with unapproved late check out fees. This was a return visit and was going to be my go to location when visiting until today. I am very upset and will talk to hopefully management in the morning or my wife will. I go to Daytona about 1 to 2 times a month and was planning on staying here everytime until this incident. If the owners/management doesn't help I will contact my credit card company but pretty sure wont be much I can do about it.
