cleanliness, location, entertainment (swimming pool, gym, games), even though the resort is right next to the forest and on the outskirts, you can walk 200 m to the subway in the evening for a sandwich

monotonous breakfast - like in most hotels in the USA (sometimes there are exceptions - not here and in principle the rating should be 9 and not 10)

Breakfast was plenty and delicious!! The apartment was very clean and appealing. Very clean grounds. And the hot tub was something out of this world!!

The layout of the 3-story cabin (condo) was perfect for our family of 7. The location was quiet and close to Yellowstone. There are improvements in progress at the property, so it will only get better in time. The large balcony with table and BBQ in addition to the patio/hot tub was a lovely surprise. Photos didn't do it justice. Given the limited options in the area we were very happy with the experience. We would definitely recommend staying here!

It seems the staff was not able to find extra things when we asked for, but overall the stay was great. Supply chain issues may affect remote area businesses even more than larger cities. I would have liked more description on the cabin stay, it was much bigger than the photos showed (3 stories, large balcony, plus patio with hot tub). We didn't realize breakfast was included with the cabin booking, and brought a lot of food with us. This was unclear based on listing info (some places said $8/pp if not staying in the hotel). Pleasant surprise, but too little too late. Hotel/cabin/RV/tent camping options could be better described.

My room was setup well for riding and having a place to gear up and get everything dry after being in the snow all day. The beds and bathroom was nice. Breakfast was plentiful but could have used a bit more variety.

Quiet, modern, spacious rooms with a good hot breakfast in the morning. hotel was adjacent to a restaurant for dinner.

Hot tub was not working and pillows need replaced.

The room was not stocked with all towels. The kitchen was short cookware and utensils. The staff seemed to be annoyed any time we needed something that wasn't in the room. The patio was not clean when we got there. The lights In the living room could use a dimmer switch
