Nice staff, pool was relaxing after a long day Plenty of outdoor lighting and security cameras

1st room, window had a hole in it like a small rock or pellet gun hit it, they quickly changed our room ( which was appreciated as we had our kids with us, and want them to be safe) but 2nd room (which we stayed in for 2 nights) we found "little friends" (roaches) in the bathroom. Bathroom door had a small hole like someone punched the door, but we didn't complain as we understood they are remodeling. Night time was a little uneasy as there was a man running through the halls who appeared to be intoxicated and made me (female, 37) uncomfortable but not really hotels fault

Room was very spacious House cleaning was good

Property was showing signs of wear, could use some maintenance work.

Convenient to shopping/ Freeway

Floors in room were dirty, cigarette burns in the comforter and stains on the sheets and bathroom towels, cock roaches by the breakfast venue in main office

Comfy bed, clean room, microwave, and mini fridge. All the basics for a very affordable price. It’s a good pit stop before heading into SF. Didn’t expect much food wise, but they did have the makings of a PB&J and coffee available which was perfect to hold us over. Also pet friendly.

Non smoking room stank really bad of smoke. Pillows were like bricks.

Breakfast poor, no salt or pepper, no hot water, waffle machine broken.

Tv didn’t work without assistance from clerk, bathroom lights went out.

It was fairly basic but fine. They ran out of coffee and it took quite a while for them to bring some more.

I like for my vacation

They charged me for next day never got my money back
