Really big spacious room, two big double beds, large bathroom, all very clean. Owners really friendly. Good location, about a 20 min walk into town.

There was a conjoining room which isn’t well sound proofed so we were woken up at 4am when next door was moving around, could see the light coming under the door. There was also a huge lorry and two buses parked in the car park right outside our room and there were loads of men just hanging around the hotel not doing anything aside from starting at us when we were coming and going from the room which made it feel unsafe.

The AC unit worked.

It was dirty, the walls had crap all over them. The floor looked and felt grimy. And if u moved any of the furniture it was gross under.

lock on door was not secure and missing a part to bolt it; a/c was loud and rattled all night in 88 degrees at 8 pm; it was a very very loud rattle but we were too tired to ask for another room after traveling all day

I liked the location.

I couldn't connect to the Wifi, even the staff tried to help me.

The room was not as clean as I expected. For the price of the room I expected a really clean environment. The shower curtain and towels had stains. There was also dust bunnies in the corners. The bed frame was noisy.

Didn't like checking in with a plastic window in between. If its Covad wear a mask, if its security, not good.

Beds were comfortable. Room spacious but need more on the walls to absorb the echo because of vaulted ceilings. Place is quiet has a good location to get to places easily. Lots of extras in room. Love the side tables and lamps!! Both had USB and plug so lets built in for easy plug in on phones etc. Room had a safe but never used .

Bed frame would make a weird sound sometimes when you sat or got in bed in certain spots. The microwave was really old. They need to upgrade to newer models. We booked for 1 night but decided to stay another night. The first night we checked in the guy was very nice and had no problems. We weren't asked for a deposit just paid for room. I used booking but changed info to my fiance's name because he was using his card. The guy didn't have any issues with that. The 2nd day I did the same thing and he went to pay. The guy that day said we have to come back at 3:00 to check in. My fiance tells him we are already in a room we just decided to stay another night. The guy didn't want to let him use the booking because the info didn't match. He explained to him that it was my booking but he was paying. He acted like my fiance was trying to do something wrong. He said she is in the room right now. The guy wanted to come to my room and see me. My fiance explained to him that I was sleeping and not dressed. The guy finally let him do it, but all the sudden we had to pay a $100 dollar deposit! We have stayed there before booked in my name and never had to pay a deposit. My fiance said we didn't have to do this last night. The guy said that the other guy didn't know what he was doing and would only take cash. My fiance had to go to bank and pull out the money before he could rent the room & then had to inspect the room before we would get our deposit back! My fiance is black and I think this guy was racist. The next day my fiance was going to help a friend & my friend was picking me up. When I went to check out & get our deposit back, the guy wasn't going to let me have it because my fiance didn't tell him that. I said I was the one that booked the room. The guy tells me you didn't have a reservation. I said yes we did. He finally found it & I still don't know if he used it.

had construction works hanging around loud music an drinking. no place to put the bar of soap in shower.

For what it cost it was bad. It said the rooms were remodeled, I have never stayed in a room that had no closet to hang your clothes. The morning of check out , we went to get coffee, when we came back we were locked out. the attendant gave us new cards, they didn’t work, finally the attendant came and let us in

Noise level as bad from other rooms. People hanging out in parking lot leaning on cars parked there.
