The bed was not very comfortable, sloped and had a topper on that made it too soft

Room was neat and clean. Good location. Good rate for one overnight stay due to wedding at the convention center

Room smelled musty and parking was challenging. All spots were taken when we returned to our room after wedding. Does each room get one spot? Doesn’t seem like it. Would stay for an overnight again but not longer than that

This was our third stay at the Madison Avenue Beach Club. The location is great, out of the hubbub but close enough to walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although our room had a definite musty smell. Comfortable bed and good sized bathroom, all was clean and in working order.

Great quiet location. Room was clean and had a large bathroom. Mini kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, dishes, and refrigerator. Table for two inside and outside room. Will stay here again!

Super cute room - nice size for two people. Very cozy studio with parking right outside. The staff was super nice!

After the headache of the experience from the first room and speaking to Kirsten, the office manager, she was able to upgrade our room at no extra charge.

First room had: mold on the shower tile/grout up three courses from the bottom. Stains all over the bathroom door, jambs, hallway walls. Sheets on the bed were covered in white paint splatters and fresh spackle residue. ALL OVER THE PLACE! The replacement room was ok. Tile floors were sticky, in room heater did not work and there were NO tissues, and replacement toilet paper. ( One wipes worth of TP left on the roll on the fixture. TV had no instructions and was convoluted to operate. Parking lot was flooded. Trash all over the place. And the towels had rot holes in them and were like rubbing sandpaper all over you...
