The room looks good, and the property is close proximity to the restaurants

Breakfast was basic but ok.

We booked on line as we got there because they won’t price match the on line rate. Waited about 15-20 minutes for it to then show up so we could check in. Maybe this is typical 8of motels.

It seemed that every guest in all rooms around us were smoking pot that night. Probably best to stay in there on week days.

Clean, breakfast wasn’t bad considering it’s not a restaurant, staff very pleasant.

Mainly that it wasn’t ideal to walk to restaurants and not much to do nearby. We had no car. The ice and drink machines were across from our room and I noticed the garbage can was stuffed. Weird they didn’t empty it. Didn’t affect my stay, just an observation.

The air conditioner was loud and had trouble sleeping because of that.

The location was good. The breakfast was decent and coffee excellent. They had a nice gym.

The street sign is not visible to the driver. Spoke to staff that maybe the hotel may want to invest in a sign or get the city to put up a street sigh. The hotel looks clean it was the rooms smelling like cigarette smoke. It was at the entrance into the rooms. The curtains and the air condition vents. The furniture smelled of smoke. The staff just smiled and offered a fan. We checked other rooms at our request not staff. My niece had the same issue too she was on the third floor. This is a no smoking facility.

The size of the room was great

It has a really bad odor and everything needs to be updated in the room the smell was unbearable they tried spraying but the smell was still there

The location was good.

Housekeeping is only every 3rd day. Had no towels the first morning,took hours to get any. No response to the sms system that anyone even was even working on it. Breakfast was sub-par. Too much marijuana smell.

Room was clean. Check in for 4 rooms went smoothly.

Breakfast. The hot foods did not look appetizing, waffles & pancakes both looked soggy. Also, you could hear every little thing in the hallways. I was a couple doors down from the ice machine and I heard it loud and clear when in use.

Nice stay- great for the cost. It was comfortable, great location w/ lots of stores, restaurants nearby. Staff was professional and welcoming. We missed breakfast because had to leave very early, but it smelled good. We did not use the pool, but it was nice they had one.

The bathroom and TV in the room we stayed in should be updated.
