Great location.

No microwave or toaster in the room, and when I requested one they said they don’t give guests those thing. Worst part was the cockroaches that I discovered in our bags after we got home. Will never book here again.

It was all good.

Location was excellent. We are from out of town and visit Campbell often. The property is in our favorite area and in walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and recreation. Room was spacious and pull out bed was a great added bonus. Plus, early check in was available! Katy, Sean, Nicolas thank you.

The pool area was a bit untidy. Trash on the ground. Wet dirty towels on lounge chairs just left behind. The pull out bed had a dirty sheet on it(one call to the front desk took care of it).

It was very conveniently located , in Pruneyard Plaza .

There wasn’t regular housekeeping, you had to keep asking if you wanted your room cleaned . We had to ask several times .

Beds were super comfortable, room spacious, great location for my stay, next to Prunyard shopping mall with great food and shopping options. Staff helpful. Nice pool and gym. Avoid the morning hours for the gym - it gets really crowded.

Better grab breakfast somewhere else, it's not worth the money - especially for longer stays. Room was not well hoovered.

everything was perfect, the only thing was the noise if your on the first floor. the people outside walking by and in the halls was very loud. I still love the convenience of no elevators

Breakfast was a joke for $40+ for two.

How about some frites and breakfast cold cuts, cheeses... just a poor excuse for what people traveling would expect for breakfast/

Staff was nice, hotel was clean and stylish.

- My room was on the first floor; music from the lobby started at 6am and was loud enough to wake me. It would help to keep the lobby music quieter in the early hours. - Noise from the restaurant next door was so loud it was hard to sleep; windows could be better sound-insulated to fix this. - Bed was lumpy. Pillows were all enormous. On work trips, I basically only stay use a hotel for sleep; between these 3 issues I had very poor sleep on my stay.

the location is excellent. easy to get to shops, restaurants, freeways, our family.

the staff was really just average. not welcoming at all, had to ask for the signature cookies, wasn’t able to tell me a good breakfast spot.
