Room was clean, very comfortable with a beautiful ocean view. Staff was excellent, very efficient and kind. Wonderful location with an awesome staff, we had a wonderful stay, hope to come back in the future!

The shower caddy conditioner bottle was empty, wish I had some conditioner when washing my hair.

The hotel is nice, modern and clean. The staff is wonderful. When we arrived, I mentioned that it was our anniversary and we received a complimentary fruit and cheese plater plus a bottle of champagne. Location is amazing, even though some businesses around are in need of TLC. We loved sitting by the beach. Since the hotel is a resort, you get complementary chairs and umbrellas by the beach, love it!

The only thing I was no so happy was the price, is a bit high. And if you are planning on going to this hotel, don’t use booking.com. The customer service of booking.com is horrible! The price went down after a week since I made the reservation. I contacted customer service and asked for a price match. They gave me 3 times the same copy and paste and response and ignore me.

Swimming pool was small and very dirty, rooms are to small for family, there is no a cosy space to sit with friends in the evening apart from the bar with not the most nicest personnel.

The rooms was nice - we had a great ocean view from the top floor with a balconette. Rooms were cleaned perfectly -

The pillows were terribly uncomfortable and they did not provide enough of the extras like q-tips etc. They provide a coffee pot but no cream or sweetner. I made a cup of coffee but had to pour it out because there was nothing to put in it.

Parking is expensive. $25 daily to valet and self parking is $20 with a lot not so close. No microwave in the room or self service laundry. No free breakfast or add on available. Elevators small.

The location of the Wyndham Deerfield Beach is excellent,, right across the street from the beach. The air conditioning in the room worked well and the small frig kept items cold. We enjoyed Burger Craze and the Patio Bar and Grill. The staff was helpful and it was nice to have beach chairs, lounges, and a beach umbrella.

it was close to the beach and I loved the staff!!! everyone there was very nice, helpful and accommodating to all of our needs😀 The hotel staff was great with the kids and the hotel is very family friendly. Burger Craze food is amazing and reasonable. The patio bar and grill food was great but very pricey.

the rooms are very small, the coffee in the room has powdered creamer and they offer complimentary purified water instead of spring water. the pool is only open until 9, it would be nice to have it open later so the kids could swim after dinner.

Our corner room was beautiful with views overlooking the ocean and pier. Housekeeping did a really nice job. Although the weather was poor during our stay we were still able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The staff was friendly and accommodating including the front desk valet parking and restaurant staff. The restaurant was also really good

The pool bar was not open during our stay at all. It was very difficult to get drinks while hanging out at the pool. Also, there were three days that were complete rainouts in the beach services were unusable. However, the hotel still insisted on charging the resort fee during those days when resort services were not available. I thought this was unfair
