Fast check in & check out....very clean room

Had a problem with key card. Had to replace twice

Very close to our destination.

Bed was comfy, nice roomy shower no tub which I like anyways, Its quiet place to get rest and location is close to fast food restaurants most within walking distance. We ate at Yoshinoya less than 10 minute walk and Foster's ice cream next to it. Free parking was a big plus. Nice big closet I like gray wooden flooring

Housekeeping did NOT knock on the door first before he opened it. I was half way dressed thank goodness I had my bra on already. So he saw me in shorts and bra and thank goodness my wife was fully clothed.

I liked the location, and a quiet room away from Carson Street. The price was good for the value.. The room was clean. It had a small microwave and a fridge. Yay! I felt safe.

When I arrived in the room, it was a handicapped (roll-in shower) room. I didn't think I booked this type of room. The toilet was running and wiggling the handle took care of it and had no more trouble. Yay! The TV was my main issue. Hitting channel up or down did not work. On/off and the volumn buttons worked. I learned to toggle the button under the screen to where it said channel up and then I hit channel up and sometimes it went fast. I'm not a complainer and chose not to call the office. I was comfortable and just wanted to rest. Then, when I left in the morning, two women in a white vehicle played the music pretty loud for about 5 minutes (under the carport facing my window). Then they were sitting on the ground against the back of the carport. I was awake (10:00 am) and getting ready to leave, but it was just insensitive. I hope they were not housekeeping waiting for me to leave or something. I know I could have complained sooner, but I chose not to. I will be back. It was still worth it to stay there.

No breakfast, customer service was great! Rooms clean and it was quite.
