First time we came the tv not working

I did not stay there your staff had me scan my card and it came back declined he said go to an atm for cash. I told him the card was good. He tried again and it declined. Looked like a scam so I took my card and drivers license and left and looked for another place to stay. Will never stay at your places again and disputing the charges as I never stayed there. I have witnesses to verify this experience

Cheap option for a last minute booking.

Room had roaches in the desk, and the bed sheets had stains. The heating system makes it hard to keep the room a comfortable and consistent temperature. I saw the roaches in the morning and told staff. They said it's hard for them to keep track of when things like this happen because the rooms are separated. I had stayed at this motel a couple of times before, it was never outstanding, but it was never this gross. Not returning.

Loud music from the adjacent room until 2 AM.

Convenient to where I had to be in the morning.

Property was run down. Looked structurally unsound. Rooms were dirty, chipped paint everywhere. Shower was filthy with what looked like mold. Bed was the only thing clean.

Dark room with no power plugs, inadequate lighting and no makeup mirror or bathroom lights sufficient for makeup

The location was just right for my business trip. Staff was very helpful with a TV signal issue.

There are no electrical outlets besides the refrigerator and microwave. Had to switch plugs continuously for laptop and phone charger. The smell of cigarettes was strong for a non-smoking room.

The people were nice. The rooms were clean.

The bed had a sink in the middle and soft. The first room I was in lacked outlets near the bed, so I couldn’t plug in my phone near the bed. it was also an accessible room. They moved me into another non accessibe room which I made do. It was a motel despite being a Wyndham facility and it showed.
