The price The room was ok. First room they gave us smelled heavily of cigaretts. Second was clean
Hotel needs a make over. The outside stairs were filthy, some trash on the grounds.

About the only thing that went right was the checkout. Which couldn't have came soon enough. I was being pestered and quite near literally pushed out the door to my room. (15 minutes BEFORE checkout time) And I have never felt so looked dian upon or belittled as I did with my stay in Grants Pass.
The customer service was completely lacking. If your gonna be in customer service, make sure it's something you like to do, not something that makes you flip out on person after person because they ask you for some help with attaining wkn new towels ajd actually dk their job. Sad how much of a turn customer service has taken nowadays

For some unknown reason, the pre-set selection criteria went wrong after the order payment was successful. Booked two rooms, and one of the double bed rooms disappeared. When I arrived at the hotel, I found out that 3 persons had to be squeezed into a queen bed.
After the man on duty at the front desk knows that the booking.com could not cancel the order, he upgraded my room for free and changed the room with a double bed that was $60 more expensive! Although the equipment is not the latest and greatest, the kindness and personal service of the man made this hotel a very good memory of my trip.
There are still a few small pieces of broken glass in the corner of the corridor in the courtyard that have not been cleaned. You can prepare more plastic bags in the pet area

The bathroom was nicer than expected.
Don't recommend staying more than one night. No microwave or fridge in room. The hall light from outside peek through the curtains.
The double Queen bedroom did not have Queen sized beds.

Let us know that there no amenities in the room. Washer and dryer both didn’t work

Room smelled like an ashtray, and 2 people were beating the $#!+ out of each other. There were homeless people wandering around the property.

Our stay was awesome and the staff was friendly and welcoming
Wish that there were small refrigerators and microwaves inside the rooms for customers staying for a week or more

There were a lot of unsavory people staying there. They appeared to be druggies. Up all night talking loud. I didn’t feel safe. The place was ok and the staff was nice especially the front desk guy but the people staying there were scary.

Have stayed in every kind of room and the King, Queen, Full Bed's are Horrible very uncomfortable. Bathroom had hair everywhere. No Fan in bathroom and heater/A.c. didn't work

It was in a good spot of town, a little distant off and no damages to vehicle or robberies.
Not attempted break ins or noisy neighbors.
Externals like sidewalks need cleaned, and parking areas need maintenence.

Pets welcomed, pet owners should to be more respectful of other guests. I would stay again
