The staff was rude upon arrival. Rooms are old

The beds were uncomfortable The water was cold The air didn't work I had reserved a room but when I got there the guy told me that they didn't have the room I reserved anymore then about ten minutes later they all of a sudden had the room I reserved and they charged me 15 dollars more than what I had originally reserved the room for

You couldn’t walk to find food

The room just had a smell to it that wouldn’t go away. It was not very clean and the heater didn’t work that well.

The room could have been clean, we only had 3 towels and the bathroom was soaked after I took a shower from the cheap shower curtain.

Everyone here is very nice. No pet deposit is great

Other rooms are noisy and they let them know but does no good most of the time. $100 cash deposit and anything damaged they do keep that $100. So if u see something damaged make sure it's known of as soon as I go in room

Nice, clean white bedding,towels, no stains or holes. All employees are nice and ready to assist u with everything u need. A Pay washer and dryer on premises. Free wifi

Only one washer and dryer. No change machine though and it's only takes quarters. 🙁 no smart TVs yet. Cant check in before 2. And one more thing. It would be so nice if it's getting close to checkout time and ur gonna stay again they could give u a later check out time maybe pay alittle extra if needed. I checked out at 11 went got money came back at 12 sit in parking lot til 2 to get the same room back. That's alittle crazy for 1 more hour. And the 100 cash deposit is definitely hard to come up with especially for a 1 night room that's pretty much $80 or more a night. For any damage at all they will keep ur deposit so let them know about anything wrong with room as soon as u go inside so u dint get charged ur deposit

The employee's at Red Roof inn are so friendly and helpful if there is anything they could do to make you happy they are right on it Reality good people

Didn't even stay. Got there our room was around back. Went around to room, 10-15 blacks, whites, mexicans all outside cussing, drinking, smoking dope, loud music, putting beer cans on cars. I went back up to desk and ask to be moved, they didn't have another room. Lady at front desk very friendly and helpful. Ask for money back. Had to go find another motel that late at night after traveling and hungry.
