The staff was very kind. Beautiful location. Nice breakfast. Lots of restaurants close by and lots of places to walk to.

I booked our one-night stay two weeks in advance, and Booking.com acknowledged it and prior to the reserved day, took my money. Imagine our surprise when we pulled into an empty lot at a darkened hotel with a paper sign saying it was closed and to try either the Holiday Inn or the Americinn a few miles away. Fortunately we had our own car and fortunately there was a room available. I did not like Booking.com reserving a room that did not in fact exist but my previous, more explicit response to this survey was deemed inappropriate by Booking.com

We booked this for it's location. Too bad our reservation wasn't honored there. I hope they change how they handle people's travel plans.

When I arrived on NYE we used the app provided by the hotel to gain entry to find out that the hotel had temporarily closed without telling us. It took a while to sort it out and we had to take a room 4 miles away at a different hotel that is owned by this company. Someone really messed up.

Close to all of the Sheboygan amenities. Very easy to navigate and beautiful scenery.

Rooms are small

I just keep going back, the staff is always super nice and accommodating. A smile when you walk in the door and never hesitate to see if you need anything. So thank you!

I just wish the TV was a touch larger.

Location was great. Staff was absolutely terrific. Samantha and Ann could not have been nicer. If I'm ever in the area I'm staying there again. The board walk is awesome!

The room was amazing the bed was comfortable everything was really clean and great location

The front Dess personnel was extremely unfriendly. He was not rude but he had the personality of an ice cube. He definitely was not in the right position. He should’ve been may be working maintenance or working in the IT field because he definitely was not warm and inviting and approachable. The other thing that we did not like about the room is that it lacked enough insulation meaning the person that was above us you could hear everything. The floor with the squeak every time the person would walk and it sounded like the person was stomping. The insulation was so bad that you can hear when the person turn the shower on and off. The person got up between 5 and 6 AM and continue to make noise therefore we had to get up at that time. Because of a lack of sleep we were extremely tired for our entire day.

The bed was very comfortable.

The only issue was a broken toilet seat cover. And that was not a big issue. Other than that perfect

It would be nice if you could get an early check-in. We had a wedding to go to at three. I called the day before to ask for early check-in and was told no, but to check the next day. I was again told no, so we had to travel two hours in our dress clothes for the event. Not the end of the world but would have been nice to change when we go there. This is the first time in all the years I have traveled to not be able to have early check in when asking.

It’s not a continental breakfast as writteb but a simple pastry given,bagel, frozen waffle, cookies plus jimmy john egg sandwich..

We were in Sheboygan to go fishing and Harbor Winds is in a very convenient location for this.
