The romm was a very nice size, and comfortable.

I didn’t like how there was mold in the blow dryer, the side of the tub was rusty and nasty looking, the pull up thing that’s for the shower DID NOT GO DOWN.

The staff was very friendly and was happy to accommodate.

I booked a NON SMOKING room and got put in a smoking room. The ice machine was broken, no cups for coffee or water was in room but the coffee maker was in there. Mattresses were in the lobby propped against the wall.

The reception clerk was great. He was friendly, fast, and pretty much everything you would want in a courteous hotel professional. We had booked a different hotel through Booking.com, but the hotel didn’t have rooms available because half the hotel was being renovated and, somehow, that information didn’t get passed on to the website. So, we ended up at Crystal Suites out of an unplanned contingency. We were happy that Crystal Suites had a pool. It was indoor and very small, but it was empty so we tried to go for a swim. However, the chemicals (especially in the spa) were so dangerously high, that you couldn’t even breathe in the room. We began to cough violently when we turned on the hot tub. And we would have suffocated to death if we had jumped in an attempted to swim there. We had to leave immediately.

The toilet ran intermittently for no reason throughout the night and was loud! They must be doing a remodel in stages, for the bathroom was update and recently remodeled but everything else was very old.

Nothing At All! The Owner Was Very Rude!

The Service Was Terrible, The Floors Are Disgusting The Lamps We’re Rusted The Floor Was About To Collapse, no Up Keep At All, def Do Not Recommend! The Tub Was Dirty The Sheets And Pillow Cases Looked As If They Never Were Changed They Had Stains The Blanket Had Holes In It, it Stinks!
