The nice room with private pool and sauna

The limited entertainment. The bar and lounge stops servicing alcohol to early. I was very surprised by that!

Conceptually: it’s a great concept. The idea of the resort and all its amenities sounded great!

Resort is dated. Should’ve been cleaner. Smelled alittle. Food was mediocre. And while most of the staff was nice, some staff lacked professionalism and general happiness.

first of all the staff were amazing. unbelievable. everything with a smile. the hotel have a gaming area and bar till midnight, and the rooms have everything you need. well recommend.

the room was beautiful just enough space it was always something to do, the staff that was there were great an helpful when I got there

could have been more entertainment during the week days I notice that they only have it on the weekends that’s what I really was looking for

The staff was really great. Everyone greeted you with a smile and are always very helpful. Food was also very good, especially the breakfast.

The amenities seemed very outdated. Some items were out of order. I feel that there should be more activities on the property

The heated pool , jacuzzi and access to horseback riding.

We loved the atmosphere, the cute signs, that their were things to do, we didn’t have to leave. We chose a Garden of Eden suite, and loved the mini pool! We also enjoyed the outside pool as well, and the game room. We want to give Charlie in maintenance a shout out, as he was super friendly and helpful!

Our room for the most part was clean, however the bathroom floor had a spill of some sort under the fridge door when we went in, So I requested cleaning the next day and the spill was still there. We had the included breakfast Buffett, but opted out of dinner due to cost. Like everywhere you can tell there is a shortage of staff, so being understanding of that, I feel the stay went well.

The inclusive food option was great, the staff was amazing especially Bonnie at the front desk and Steven at Spooners. The barbecue was nice (but forgot about non-meat eaters). The game room was definitely our favorite

The room could use a little face lift, we also had a some ants that decided to join the party uninvited but maintenance came and sprayed right away
