The room was really nice and renovated. The staff were very friendly and helpful

I was next to some rooms that had water damage. My bathroom had strong very heavy urine smell. It wasn't from the housekeepers doing their jobs because I witnessed them personally cleaning the room. Please don't put anyone else in room 116 until y'all get those other rooms repaired. The employees were very nice very kind & polite. The front desk, Very nice people as well Ty for a nice stay. Rebecca your housekeeper and Linda who's in the breakfast area I thank them for being nice to me and polite. All of your kindness is greatly appreciated

The extreme heavy urine smell in the bathroom of 116

I liked the tv service and breakfast service.

I found trash and sold underwhere in my room. Also the bed had burn marks in it. I was told I had 2 days left and I only received one. The door hinges were rusted and door was screwed togeather.

The lady in front desk was not nice.

I don't know why people were giving bad reviews. I thought this place was great, especially for the money. The staff was friendly, too. I would definitely stay again, and I'm picky. No signs of bugs of any kind, an array of toiletries in the bathroom (even makeup wipes) and My room was clean. Bathroom was very clean...smelled of bleach. Bed linens were clean, as well. Area seemed safe and parking was ample. Seemed to be a quiet area, but close to everything (stores and restaurants).I did not use the pool. Breakfast was the usual waffle/yogurt/muffin with coffee (which was awful...VERY watery) and staff was nice and helpful.

Carpet was ...well, you know how hotel carpet is. I always wear shoes in any hotel that has carpet, anyway. The hotel clerk said they are removing it from all rooms and are remodeling, anyway, but it didn't stink or anything.

It needs a lot of repair work for the room we stayed in. It was clean, but had several issues with badly used furniture with wear & several much needed repairs in the room we stayed in.

For whatever reason the door didn’t have a top lock for security

the bathroom smelled like mildew as well as the shower curtain the shower curtain looks like a Curtain you would put on a window, the covers stank as well including the hotel room stinks. it smells like old towels, when it was time for me too check in they said my room wasn’t ready. I had a king sized bed but it looks very much like a queen bed. I was told my room was upstairs but it wasn’t it down stairs. the tv channels are wrong %80 won’t even come in. my coffee maker is in the bathroom which is disgusting.

Everything was filthy in my room. Bathroom door was broken along with wallpaper peeling off walls. Stairs going up to second floor were jet black with dirt.
