Staff were exceptional .

Room needs ice bucket. A/C was not on upon arrival so room was very hot until hours later

I did not like this property at all.

The property was dirty, had “water bugs” all throughout my room and found bed bugs. Moved to a new room, those “water bugs” were in there as well. They were also in everyone else’s rooms that I went with and booked. The staff double charged me, leaving me completely broke for the holiday weekend. They refused to refund me or comp my stay for all the trouble (the water bugs, bed bugs, and double charges leaving me broke.) The front desk lady said they are not allowed to contact their manager and that they do not have a phone number for the manager when I demanded to speak to a manager to deal with rather then her as she knew nothing. I’m convinced the double charges are her way of some how scamming people out of extra money and pocketing the cash.. unless those people catch what she did and call her out on the double charges. She was very rude and played dumb the whole time. She also charged my sister $500 extra.. whole vacation was ruined from the start because of this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE

The clerk and manager did everything they could for us but booking .com screwed up so we had to sit in the lobby for 3 hours and 35 minutes before we could get in a room. It took all evening to get booking.com to fix their problem with the payment
